About delivery The delivery cost is included in the price, except for shipping outside of Europe, which entails an additional 5 euro charge. I will process your order within 2 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email when the envelope is posted. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How are the drawings packaged? I send the drawings in a transparent plastic sleeve, with a rigid cardboard of the same size, all in a bubble envelope or a cardboard envelope. I protect your shipment as much as possible, unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any damage to the envelope during transport.
It’s a gift !If you want a gift wrapping, send me an email with a summary of your order to specify it!
Cancellation and returns Once the order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it. You just have to send me an email. After this period it will not be possible to cancel your order. Once the envelope is received, there is no exchange or return possible.
Personalized orders You would like a personalized drawing according to a particular format, color or theme? Do not hesitate to contact me by email to discuss it! However, I reserve the right not to accept requests that seem too far from my usual productions and for which I will not be able to give you satisfaction.
